According to Google there are at least 563 different Sabbath keeping denominations on the face of the earth, but very few of them keep it holy like the Bible teaches.
In the Ten Commandments, the Sabbath commandment in Exodus 20:8 says, “REMEMBER the Sabbath day, TO KEEP IT HOLY”.
All Sabbath keeping Christians do REMEMBER the Sabbath day, but only a very small percentage of Sabbath keepers KEEP IT HOLY as the Bible teaches.
Revelation 3:16 says, “So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth”.
